The Collectives faced several operational challenges that were slowing down their business growth:

• Supplier Payouts: They had no system in place to easily track and manage the payouts to their suppliers.
• Product Listings: The process of uploading and managing product listings, including image editing and creating descriptions, was time-consuming and inefficient.
Our Solution:
We developed a custom inventory management app tailored to The Collectives’ needs. The app allowed them to easily track all their inventory across multiple locations in real-time. Additionally, we integrated a feature for tracking payouts to suppliers, providing clarity and streamlining financial processes.
