Challenges:
Joyas Surf was facing several issues that were limiting their ability to streamline operations and provide better service to their customers:
• No Online Rentals or Bookings: Customers couldn’t rent surfboards or book classes online, which made it difficult for them to plan their surfing adventures ahead of time.
• Manual Pricing for Second-Hand Boards: They didn’t have a system to efficiently calculate and manage the pricing of second-hand surfboards for sale.
Our Solution:
We built a modern, fully functional website that addressed these challenges and enhanced Joyas Surf’s online presence:
• Full Website Setup: We developed a user-friendly website that showcases their surf rentals, surf school, and surf shop, making it easier for potential clients to find and learn about their services.
• Online Surfboard Rentals and Class Bookings: We integrated an online booking system, allowing customers to rent surfboards and book lessons directly through the website. This streamlined the process and made it more convenient for surfers to plan their trips.
• Second-Hand Surfboard Pricing App: We created a custom app that calculates prices for second-hand surfboards, simplifying the management of their surfboard sales.
